Silent Hill 2 Remake With Bloober Team – Silent Hill, Konami’s popular psychological survival horror franchise, hasn’t seen a new game in years. Gamers can only despair because the majority of Konami’s Silent Hill announcements disappoint them.
We frequently hear about the latest Silent Hill game or its remake, as we have recently. And now it has been revealed that the Silent Hill 2 Remake game is being developed by the Bloober Team. This information was obtained through an exclusive interview with Film Director Christophe Gans. He directed the first Silent Hill film adaptation, which debuted in theaters in 2006. The Director is rumored to be returning to direct the third Silent Hill film adaptation.
In addition to his role as Director in the film adaptation, Christophe Gans recently revealed that Konami is working on a game remake for the second Silent Hill game. In an interview, the Director stated that the Bloober Team will be in charge of the remake (Layers of Fear, Observer, Blair Witch, The Medium).
Christophe Gans also stated that he is currently working with the Silent Team and several original Konami creators. Aside from Silent Hill 2 Remake, a list of other major games that the team is currently working on to resurrect the psychological survival horror franchise was also revealed.
