Need for Speed Unbound By Criterion Games

Need for Speed Unbound was announced on the Need for Speed YouTube channel. Criterion Games, which also worked on NFS Heat and NFS Hot Pursuit, reworked the NSF series. Returning to the theme of street racing, the trailer, which was released on October 6, 2022, shows a significant change in artstyle compared to the previous series, with this game featuring a combination of Street Art nuanced animation and realistic visuals a la NFS Heat.

In addition to artstyle changes, this trailer shows other views that will be included in the game’s content, such as police chase scenes, animation effects when using nitro that can be changed and obtained as we progress through the game, and car modification features. The trailer also features a figure of singer A$AP Rocky, who is one of the in-game characters and is accompanied by his song “Shittin Me” alongside his Mercedes 190E.

NFS Unbound will be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC platforms. This game will be released on December 2, 2022. Nonetheless, pre-orders for this game have begun for those of you who want to order it early.
