The number of rumors concerning the discontinuation of the Stadia service increases. Midway through this year, Stadia tweeted that they were not discontinuing their service. Additionally, they stated that they are continually striving to bring more outstanding titles to Stadia.

Yes, however it came out that the rumors were true a few months after the remark. Google will refund any Stadia hardware purchases made through the Google Store, as well as all game and other content purchases made through the Stadia store.
