In this post, we will give you information on How to obtain a Shiny Charm in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
The Shiny Charm is an item in Pokemon Sword and Shield that increases your chance of meeting a shiny pokemon. Combine this item with our previous post about increasing reroll for getting a Shiny Pokemon, so that you will have the best chance of getting a shiny Pokemon!
Step by step guide for Getting a Shiny Charm in Pokemon Sword and Shield
First, you need to fulfill this hard requirement – to capture all 400 pokemons in the Galar region!
When you have fulfilled the requirement, basically you just need to go to the same NPC you meet that gave you the Catching Charm.
Here’s the detail:
You need to go visit Circhester:
Once you are in Circhester then you take a walk to the right side, to the hotel building at the left part of the fountain.
After you have entered the hotel, then take the elevator (left side of the counter), and once you’re on the second floor of the hotel, you will need to go to the leftmost room.
Inside the room, you will see this Doctor / Director character in the back of the room:
Talk to the NPC, and he will congratulate you for completing the pokedex, and give you a certificate for that.
And after another small talk, he will give you the Shiny Charm
Good Job! Now you can continue capturing those shiny Pokemon!
